We work remotely, asynchronously, and with a lot of autonomy. No standups that could have been emails. No micromanagement. Just smart people solving hard problems.

Our Story
Thalamus Labz started with a simple observation: the best AI governance tools were locked behind enterprise contracts that small teams couldn't afford and didn't need.
We watched as Fortune 500 companies deployed AI with full audit trails, policy enforcement, and accountability—while smaller teams were stuck choosing between consumer tools with no governance and enterprise platforms with too much complexity.
So we decided to change that.
